    To make the dressing, mix the miso mayo together with the tomato ketchup, then combine with the lemon juice and set aside.

    Separate the lettuce into cups and arrange on a platter.

    Fill the lettuce cups with prawns, crab meat, croutons and tomatoes making sure each cup has as an equal amount of filling.

    Spoon over the miso dressing, then finish with snippets of cress, dill and chives and top it all off with a sprinkle of smoked paprika. Serve with lemon wedges.
